What we cover
Everything below is part of the service. The plan you pick sets how many machines we look after, how fast we answer, and how much of it you can use.
Diagnostics first
We never guess. Hardware under load, drive health, temperatures, power, the operating system, the network — then a report that ranks what to fix now, what can wait, and what to leave alone.
Repair and setup
We only do what you agreed to. If something else turns up along the way, we write to you first and carry on only once you say so.
Hardware
Everything to do with the physical state of the machine.
Your data
Files are the most valuable thing in a computer. We treat them that way.
System and software
Most of the time, "the computer is broken" gets fixed right here.
Network
A slow connection is not always the provider's fault.
What we don't do
Better to say it up front than take your money and shrug.
Board-level soldering
We don't rebuild liquid-damaged boards or replace chips. We will find the fault and point you to a shop that does.
Physically dead drives
A clicking drive that never spins up needs a cleanroom. That's not us, and we'll tell you honestly.
License workarounds
We install licensed or open-source software only. If you'd rather not pay, we'll find a free alternative.
